As our client’s Senior Manager of SEC and Technical Reporting, you will lead and manage all SEC filings and technical accounting matters, collaborating across departments to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting. 8+ years of public accounting and industry experience
Expertise in SEC reporting, US GAAP, XBRL, and SOX404
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
~ What You’ll Do as a Senior Manager of SEC and Technical Reporting ~
Lead preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy) and ensure XBRL compliance
Prepare and review financial statements and support documentation
Conduct technical accounting research for non-recurring transactions
Manage stock-based compensation accounting and equity reporting
Collaborate with external auditors and manage tax projects
Stay updated on new accounting standards and lead their implementation
