The salary range for this position is $119,203 - 149,003 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Supply Planning is the voice of the Operations team to the business. They will manage a monthly S&OP process to achieve cross functional reconciliation of supply vs demand plans as well as assess, communicate, and mitigate risks to the plan. This role is responsible for building and managing the end-to-end demand and supply planning processes and workflows for the Ecomm business (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Ole Henricksen, KVD) for multiple DC's. They will work cross functionally with the Digital, Brand, Supply Planning, Global Fulfillment, Merchandise Planning & Demand Planning teams to resolve issues and to support new product launches, and replenishment of core product. They are the liaison to all areas of Planning (Production, Material and Sourcing). The ideal candidate will build strong internal partnerships with cross functional teams to drive inventory optimization and achieve the company's and Operations Team objectives. This role requires experience in leading a team to consensus, recommending creative solutions to challenges and is comfortable with presenting to Senior Leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage Ecomm supply plans to meet demand and inventory targets. Oversee Ecomm Supply Planning for successful execution of new item introductions, transitions, product discontinuance, and disposition of slow moving and unproductive inventories
- Launch and lead the Ecomm S&OP process and monthly meeting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, act as an effective liaison between Digital, Brand, Merchandise Planning and Operations Partners
- Communicate and escalate significant supply problems, identify the root cause and the resolution to supply shortage
- Develop SOPs and best practices for streamlining inventory across multiple distribution centers. Own the multi DC inventory strategy and manage the balance of supply to meet DC demand.
- Pro-actively mitigate risks and optimize opportunities by reviewing published forecast with the understanding of sales and strategy plans to ensure the forecast correctly reflects business objectives, including key promotional events.
- Collaborate with Digital and Merchandise Planning team to develop inventory strategy and promotion management
- Advocate for Ecomm business in constrained product situations
- Create strategies that reduce projected product overstock and obsolescence. Align with cross functional teams to strategically exit a SKU with minimal obsolescence liability and to sell through overstock. Report risks, opportunities and actions to key partners
- Ensure continuous improvement to meet and exceed yearly targets. Initiate, or participate in, projects as requested or as identified
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 - 9 years in one or more Supply Chain Planning positions (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Ecommerce). Experience in wholesale planning required and ecommerce planning is a plus.
- Communication excellence such as professionally communicating clearly: verbal and written
- MRP planning experience, preferably with Microsoft A/X
- Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas a must), Proficiency with MS Office, SQL database queries a plus
- BA / BS Degree required.
- APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification preferred but not required.
