THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition strategy at Primient.
In this senior role, you will drive the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, pioneering strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with our business goals. You'll lead our team in redefining talent acquisition practices, creating impactful hiring initiatives, and building a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates to support Primient's growth and success.
This role will be instrumental in enhancing our talent strategies with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and supporting initiatives that not only attract but retain our talent for the long term.
While this position will support talent acquisition globally, initial priority will be strongly focused on supporting growth across our manufacturing sites with roles ranging from process operations through engineering and plant management.
We are on a mission to embed progressive, inclusive hiring practices that bring forward-thinking approaches to talent acquisition and allow Primient to set the industry standard. As a member of our human resources leadership team, you'll work alongside senior and functional leaders to drive the strategy that ensures our teams remain our greatest asset.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR team members, and cross-functional partners to design and lead strategic initiatives:
- Recruit Talent - Agile coordination of the Talent Acquisition Team to support successful early talent, experienced and executive recruitment. Build and maintain a robust talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Lead Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition roadmap that aligns with business growth objectives, focusing on scalability, market competitiveness, and Primient's vision of inclusivity.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Shape a Diversity, Inclusion & Equity-focused hiring strategy that ensures equity across the candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Partner with DE&I Leads and Employee Resource Groups to refine processes for equitable and inclusive hiring.
- Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with executives, HR leadership, and other stakeholders, including Regional HR Business Partners, to co-create and support recruiting strategies that address evolving talent needs.
- Drive Innovation in Talent Practices: Design data-driven recruitment strategies that leverage talent analytics to guide decision-making, optimize recruitment efficiency, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Cultivate External Partnerships and Programs: Develop and manage university partnerships, fellowship programs, and talent communities that expand access to underrepresented talent and strengthen our employer brand.
- Elevate Employer Brand: Collaborate with Communications and DE&I teams to enhance our employer branding efforts, reinforcing Primient's position as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
- Streamline Recruitment Processes: Introduce standardized, efficient, and inclusive interview frameworks and candidate evaluation processes that deliver a consistently positive experience and drive best-in-class hiring practices.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure TA effectiveness, support workforce planning, and inform strategic adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR functions, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Expertise in DE&I Recruitment: Proven track record of implementing DE&I initiatives within the talent acquisition process, driving measurable improvements in representation and inclusion.
- Global Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with local teams and create globally scalable solutions with regional relevance.
- Technologically Proficient: Advanced proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Recruitment Marketing tools, alongside a strong grasp of data analytics and reporting.
- Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how talent acquisition impacts business performance, with experience in recruitment for Manufacturing and 24 x 7 shift work required.
- Leadership Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through influence, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage complex projects independently.
- Agility & Change Resilience: Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities; adaptable with a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
