The Revenue Operations team sits within Consumer Monetization and is a critical part of delivering predictable revenue at scale to Yahoo's owned and operated properties.
The Technical Sales Operations Senior Manager - Supply Operations will be responsible for leading a team to oversee the technical and operational aspects of enabling publisher monetization across display and video advertising. This includes teaming with both publisher and central monetization Product and Engineering teams to meet and exceed goals. He or she will optimize monetization through accurate inventory management, demand enablement and technical solutions for ad monetization.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for structure, taxonomy, and process to create and maintain ad inventory in partnership with brand owners, yield, and product strategy.
- Oversee the accurate delivery allocation of demand sources to ad inventory.
- Be responsible for ensuring enablement of direct sales, header bidding, ad exchanges and internal line items to achieve optimal monetization.
- Maintain internal cadence in support of publisher changes, including driving reporting/process improvement, cross team communication around changes and ensuring action is taken on identified issues.
- Possess a deep understanding of our publisher inventory and internal ad platform capabilities. Allowing you to support publisher and monetization requests for new and existing capabilities from an area of expertise.
- Act as an operations administrator to ensure supply and demand is appropriately aligned between multiple platforms.
- Drive process improvements through input on system functionality and cross functional processes that impact the delivery of advertising.
- Execute product strategy across all platforms and formats.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting/conflict resolution to internal partners.
- Manage a team of individual contributors in support of goals set by or owned by you.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5-7 years of ad operations, business analyst or relevant industry experience
- Experience in leading teams in the digital advertising space.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, direct and programmatic advertising.
- Ability to proactively anticipate customer's business needs.
- Willing and able to collaborate across boundaries to get work done and drive business forward.
- Strong customer focus - promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty.
- Must have a strong understanding of the digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,625.00 - $230,625.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
