We’re seeking a Technology Enablement Leader who is passionate about having positive societal impact starting at the local level, solving issues of health inequity for communities that have been perennially underserved. What you’ll do:IT Infrastructure Leadership: Lead IT and business systems, managing the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.Champion AI and Automation Adoption: Lead the company-wide adoption of AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and drive innovation.Build an Exceptional Team: Recruit, build, and lead a mission-driven, high-performing, and diverse team committed to Homeward's vision and values.Information Security and Risk Management: In partnership with Homeward’s Chief Information Security Officer, implement and monitor a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.IT Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system upgrades, hardware and software procurement, and technical support.Vendor and Partner Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants to optimize resources and outcomes.Drive Build vs
