Our Transaction Services (TS) Group plays an important role with many of our clients and this group is growing! We mainly serve middle market private equity firms and large corporations on the buy side, while serving those same clients plus privately help entities on the sell side.
We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Transaction Services team! This position can be hybrid in any of the following locations: Denver, CO; Miami, FL (Remote); Chicago, IL; Baltimore, MD; Detroit, MI; Buffalo or New York, NY; Cleveland, OH; Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX (Remote) or Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities:- Consistently display advanced knowledge and application of principles of accounting and financial statements.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of deal strategy and areas of focus and review report to ensure inclusion.
- Maintain a personal strategic relationship with the client as the key individual when comes to client expectations, retention, and high-level advisory services.
- Confidently and effectively manage engagements, resources, people, and client expectations to achieve the results required to maintain profitable and lasting client relationships.
- Continuously hone one’s skills in above areas with the objective of becoming known as possessing a high degree of skill in one or more of these areas.
- Identify and execute on areas of advanced advisory services and other firm resources which can be offered to existing client base.
- 6+ years of experience, combined between public accounting Assurance and Transaction Services experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of Transaction Services experience required
- Has the ability to travel up to 30%
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - 210,000*
