Responsibilities:
- Develop coherent and impactful content strategies supporting the marketing strategy and branding for *** Bioscience Solutions.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns within budget, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to develop tactical marketing plans for specific product groups or market segments.
- Create and manage content such as messaging, copy, and images to ensure compelling and consistent brand representation.
- Establish digital-first strategies, measuring and refining campaign performance for continuous improvement.
- Develop an annual marketing calendar using project management software (Wrike) to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal/external designers and partners to create marketing materials that comply with corporate guidelines.
- Lead the creation of assets for lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Analyze program performance, report on KPIs, and provide insights for future campaigns.
- Educate sales and marketing teams on digital marketing best practices and new trends.
- Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of marketing activities and support the business.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in marketing communications.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, KPIs, and analytics.
- Pharma, bioscience, or biotechnology experience preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience in agile marketing practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Creativity and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
