General Summary The Senior Marketing Representative (SMR) is a key branch employee for marketing efforts within a geographical location. The SMR will develop and execute a marketing plan which increases Envoy's recognition within the Realtor, Builder and Financial Planner communities. The marketing efforts/plan should result in increased business opportunities and market penetration. The results should be measurable and quantifiable on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This position provides an accelerated opportunity to become a licensed Loan Originator (LO), which includes completing additional state licensing requirements. Duties and Responsibilities The primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: - Develop knowledge and promote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources
- Prospect & procure new loan applications by meeting with and presenting products to potential referral sources that result in funded loans
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email and mail
- Manage incoming internet leads from company website and third-party sources
- Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions to offer superior customer service
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads and schedule appointments with branch Originators
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective referrals and borrowers
- Help coordinate marketing materials, maintain database for branch Originators, create and manage pipeline tracking
- Attend and participate in Open Houses, Realtor Sales meetings and other appropriate business functions
- Execute "classic" marketing program initiatives and measure effectiveness
- Advise branch management of results of marketing programs
- Prepare and gathering documents for borrowers
- Process, organize and interpret large amounts of data, which reflect market opportunities
- Adhere to all Envoy policies, guidelines and customer service standards
- Must obtain applicable NMLS State license within 30 - 90 days of employment or employment will be terminated
- Maintain regular attendance, plus potential overtime, as necessary
- General clerical and phone support, as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Under no circumstances will the Senior Marketing Representative (SMR) engage in any of the following tasks: - Quoting rates
- Offering or negotiating the terms of a mortgage loan
- Taking a mortgage loan application
- Any other activities that require a Loan Originator License
- If information regarding loan terms is requested, the SMR should refer the request to the Branch Manager

- 1+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, LOA or Processor, 2+ years preferred
- Ability to learn, or have past in-depth experience, in the mortgage banking process, with a preference in residential mortgage banking
- Develop thorough knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA), processes, procedures and industry regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn loan origination and related systems
- Excellent customer service skills and working in a team environment
- Exceptional follow-up, time management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a Marketing savvy self-starter who is reliable, detail oriented with the ability to resolve issues
- Ability to analyze issues and create effective resolutions, while managing multiple projects at one time
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
- Must have NMLS license and SAFE, UST, or able to obtain applicable State NMLS license within 30 - 90 days of employment or employment will be terminated
Physical Requirements - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Job Type: Non-Exempt Compensation: - Regular Pay: $7.25 - $15.00/hour Supplemental Pay: - Commission Pay - Bonus Pay (eligible) Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
