Mission:
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, the Senior Marketing
Specialist will be responsible for leading content creation and sales
messaging initiatives, managing PR efforts, and shaping our brand's
narrative across various channels.
You will be the driving force behind our brand's visibility, brand
presence, and reputation. Your mission will be to elevate brand awareness
and recognition, engage our audience, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising: Collaborate with
customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and white papers
showcasing their success stories. Develop content and advertising calendars,
manage content syndication across various channels to maximize reach, and
cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and
industry stakeholders.
Competitive Intelligence and Insights: Monitor industry trends and
competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Monitor brand awareness.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support: Collaborate with sales and
marketing teams to execute ABM strategies and engage high-value accounts.
Sales Enablement Support: Generate marketing and sales content to
effectively communicate our value proposition. Manage and monitor the
performance of sales enablement tools and platforms.
Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing
team to develop and implement innovative strategies and messaging for
maximizing brand preference and recognition across target audiences.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and
optimization based on data-driven insights.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product
support, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
with business goals.
Effectively communicate project statuses to internal/external customers.
Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory compliance and company guidelines.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on social impact and DE&I programs
and initiatives aligned with company values, promoting a positive and
inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce CRM and Marketing
Automation
Advanced MS 365 Office user, SharePoint knowledge is preferred
B2B industries experience is highly preferred
The position will be based in our head office in Broomfield (Denver
area), Colorado
Up to 20% travel time may be required
Compensation: USD 80,000 - 85,000
