Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing and capital equipment
• Design and develop custom machinery, including automation and assembly methods
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using Pro E/Creo
• Manage project costs vs. budget and ensure timeline execution
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure project success
• Provide hands-on support to the manufacturing floor, resolving issues and driving improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for workflow and cost reduction

Salary: $97,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
