Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Work Rocket

PeopleSolutions is working with a leader in large construction projects and seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

Location: Richmond, VA or Norfolk, VA

Description:

Lead large-scale mechanical projects ($15M+) from design to construction. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Collaborate with teams, oversee procurement, construction, and safety. Cultivate client relationships and identify new opportunities. Analyze project data for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
• Check-out, commissioning, startup experience
• Familiar with scheduling tools/techniques (MS Project and/or Primavera)
• OSHA 10 certification
