What You’ll Do:
- Lead Design Projects: Spearhead the development of advanced HVAC and mechanical systems, from initial concepts through to final construction oversight.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with teams to craft and implement efficient, sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and exceed industry standards.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough design reviews, ensure compliance with building codes, and integrate best practices for energy and water management.
- Mentor Teams: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Over 10 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical system design.
- Leadership Experience: At least 4 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and detailed mechanical system design.
- Licensure: Mechanical PE license is required.
- Industry Experience: Experience in diverse sectors such as healthcare, data centers, and corporate offices.
