Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 per year

As a Senior PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing low to medium-complexity projects, ensuring quality product delivery, managing financials, and serving as the main client contact. Responsibilities include confirming project scope, developing financial and staffing plans, scheduling, and maintaining QA/QC standards.
We are looking for someone who is entrenched in the Tampa healthcare market and willing to be the customer-facing boots on the ground in a new regional office. Ideally, this person would have a rolodex of contacts within the region that they can leverage to help expand the new regional presence.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- PE License in Florida
- 8+ years of MEP project management experience
- MEP infrastructure projects experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Healthcare building design experience (heavily preferred)
- Experience in customer-facing/customer relationship focused role
