Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of design, implementation, and solutions architecture experience in data center products and solutions
- At least 3 years of design, implementation, and solutions architecture experience vPC, Fabricpath, TRILL, FCoE, OTV, vPC+
- At least 3 years of design, implementation solutions architecture experience Cisco Nexus 1K/3K/ 5K/6K/7K/9K, Catalyst 6500 & other switching platforms .
- Experience in Load balancers from Cisco, F5 or Citrix, and WAN optimization solutions from Cisco or Riverbed
- Knowledge of Virtualization solutions from VMWare, Citrix or Microsoft
- Experience in SAN switches from Cisco and/or Brocade
- Understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
