Additionally, document intake will involve identifying digital documents and moving them to the correct folders. Strong computer skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities are essential for success.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in copy jobs is preferred.
- It may require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance as per the facility policy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in using PCs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic mathematical and filing skills.
- Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
This role operates in a typical office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal noise levels. Tasks are varied and require interpreting and applying complex instructions and data. The position requires some physical effort, such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50-55 lbs. Occasionally, pushing or pulling machines weighing up to 700 lbs. will be necessary for repairs. Movement between buildings may also be required.

Position Profile
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist will perform operations in areas such as high-volume duplicating, document imaging, mail management, and digital printing. Responsibilities also include shipping/receiving products and supplies, distributing mail and faxes, and maintaining copier equipment. Additional tasks may include receptionist duties, quality checks, housekeeping, and basic maintenance. Due to the higher communication and presentation skills required for reception, this role is considered a Senior position. Reporting is to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, based on site personnel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform finishing tasks.
- Manage high-volume document imaging systems and software.
- Use MS Office and email systems for document handling.
- Maintain convenience copiers, inspect them for quality, and resolve paper jams.
- Keep records for management reports and supply inventories.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes as needed.
- Handle customer service calls and inquiries regarding job requests.
- Deliver completed jobs within and outside the site.
- Maintain service logs and daily meter readings.
- Assist with building support functions, such as meeting room setups and occupant moves.
- Perform light maintenance and occasional cleaning tasks.
- Use various office equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, bindery tools, and more.
- Perform filing, archiving, and purging of old documents.
- Overtime and off-hour emergency responses may be required.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
