About the Job
Position Overview:
- Organization Analysis: Analyze and evaluate current and planned operational procedures to assess their effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data trends, forecast future operational needs, and recommend process improvements.
- Study Methods & Techniques: Establish study methods and techniques for assessing the effectiveness of complex organizational operations and projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current operations and recommend changes to improve overall organizational performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for operational improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational strategies and overall business goals.
- Facilitation: Ability to facilitate stakeholder offsite, lead meetings from a facilitator perspective and apply a high degree of emotional intelligence in situations. This includes the ability to ‘read the room’, adjust approach, ask meaningful questions or reframed questions and lead groups of people to successful outcomes.
- This is a hybrid position which will require routine work from the office and client locations, providing opportunities to work from home also. A successful candidate must reside in the Washington, DC Area.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong interviewing and presentation skills.
- Experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration, the aviation industry, and/or an understanding of the use of spectrum in aviation-related applications.
- Familiarity with onboarding and training beneficial
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desired, but not required.
- Familiarity with Confluence desired, but not required.
- ICF Certification at ACC or PCC level
