- Ability to access the impact of new initiatives from domain, technology, workflow and architecture on the current operations model
- Work with Engineering team to understand the architecture and design of new services and changes to existing services
- Develop understanding of operational requirements, policies and practice.
- Consulting between Engineering , Development, Cross Functional Teams and Operations.
- Provide Training Monitoring to support teams for new production support, enhance monitoring dashboards.
