Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

We are currently searching for a dynamic and proactive Senior Operations Executive to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence and direct our operational strategy, structure, and processes. Your duties will span across various aspects of the business, promoting a holistic and inclusive approach to management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficient and effective practices.
• Monitoring performance to identify efficiency issues and proposing strategic solutions.
• Mentoring our operations management team, fostering an environment of continuous growth and learning.
• Collaborating with the VP of Emergency Response to drive results and meet business objectives.
• Assisting in the setup of new office locations across the US to expand our company's footprint.
• Contributing to marketing efforts, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the market.

In this role as Senior Operations Executive, you will also:

• Ensure waste is scheduled and disposed of correctly, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor expenses and procurement as a fiscal steward to the company.
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong communication and exceptional service.
• Lead resources in remediation handling, reinforcing best practices and quality assurance.
• Oversee the maintenance of our fleet and equipment, ensuring their readiness and efficiency.

The ideal Senior Operations Executive should possess:

• A proven track record as a team leader with a strong understanding of management practices.
• Demonstrated project and budget management skills, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and experience requirements for the Senior Operations Executive role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
• 5-10 years supervisory experience in our industry.
• Multi-team management experience.
• MBA, MAC or equivalent graduate degree (big plus).
• Previous P&L responsibility (preferred).
