Senior Operations Manager - Thistle

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Senior Manager, Operations oversees all culinary and production operations functions, including ingredient prep, cooking, plating, and pick and pack operations on the East Coast. Working closely with the Director, this role will be responsible for scaling and continuous improvement of our operations. This role will require an incredible amount of flexibility, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial spirit to transform our operations and develop a team.
