This position is contingent based on contract award.
Responsibilities
+ Operations manager for program; provides technical support to projects and/or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
+ Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
+ Responsible for overall management of the technical direction of multiple program areas through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
+ Monitor program based on performance, schedule, quality and operating costs.
+ Provides leadership, objectives, incentives and attitudes to assigned staff that lead to a quality program.
+ Assists in the management of the G4 Global Intelligence Logistics support services program.
+ Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel.
+ Implements and ensures quality assurance directives are compliant.
+ Assists in defining and implementation of program schedules.
+ Coordinates with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.
Qualifications
+ Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical,engineering or military disciplineleading DOD logistics and/or maintenance operations (CONUS and OCONUS). -A minimum of ten years of managerial experience on programs and projects that provide for global maintenance, integration, installation, engineering andlogistics support of complex Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) systems and/or support facilities.
+ Project Manager minimum of 2 years on projects of global maintenance; installation; engineer and logisticssupport for complex Intel systems.
+ Understanding of contract fiscal andbusiness management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts. -Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel requirements, configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering, warehousing, materiel management,maintenance activities and programbudgeting.
+ Trains and directs employee work activities. Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles disciplineproblems, and has input to hiring and firing.
+ US Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) witheligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination. -Some positions or assignments mayrequire a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring
