Senior Operations Research Analyst - Command Holdings

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to serve on a contract supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Writing and compiling the Semi-annual Readiness Report to Congress (SRRC), ensuring it meets all legislative requirements.
• Collaborating with DoD components and services to gather necessary data.
• Analyzing key readiness challenges and mitigation efforts.
• Preparing briefing materials and talking points for senior leader engagements.
• Responding to Congressional inquiries to include developing talking points and briefing materials for senior leader engagement with Congress.
• Maintaining expertise in all readiness reporting and assessment policy guidance.

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
• Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
• 10 years of relevant experience in assessment writing, analytics or Strategic Readiness.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting force readiness for the DoD or similar government entity.
• Current, active Top Secret Security Clearance.
