We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to work in Dallas,Texas

Requirements:

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (particularly OTL and Absence modules).
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud to configure, test, and deploy solutions that meet client requirements and business processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud functionalities, and guide through configurations.
• Drive the full life-cycle implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, offering recommendations for optimization.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior consultants, helping them grow and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in Oracle application implementation, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
• At least 2-3 full life cycle implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud, demonstrating your capability to take projects from start to finish.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Absence Management modules.
• Ability to configure Oracle Cloud applications based on business requirements, and proficient at documenting configurations and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
