We are a rapidly expanding agency with double digit growth over the last six years, seeking to strengthen our team in Green Bay and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a highly driven and result oriented Territory Sales Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Influence

• Lead sales efforts within your territory, building strong relationships with business owners and employees. Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

DecisionMaking and Control

• Take ownership of your sales territory, making strategic decisions to maximize growth and profitability. Utilize available resources and training to drive success.

• Contribute to the growth of the agency by selling top tier products and making a meaningful impact on the community. Embrace challenges and strive for continuous professional and personal development.

Mentorship and Development

• Participate in hands-on training from day one, with a clear roadmap to success. Mentor new team members and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in previous roles.
• Strong, disciplined work ethic with a growth mindset.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earnings Potential: $75,000- $150,000+ in the first year, with additional bonuses of $100- $5,000+ per month.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $75,000 - $150,000 per year

Bonuses: $100-$5,000+ per month

Requirements:

Ability to commute/relocate with reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Driver's license (required); health insurance license is a plus.

Ability to pass a background check.

2+ years of work experience.
