About the Job
- Oversee global intellectual property management, including trademarks and domains in 160+ countries
- Manage domains for 500+ sites across 125 countries, ensuring auto-renewals and handling any necessary documentation
- Coordinate trademark registration and renewals, working with 80+ law firms globally
- Handle franchise trademarks, supporting master franchisees in 95 countries, and managing associated legal and administrative tasks
- Address social media IP complaints, file cease-and-desist letters, and manage lawsuits to protect brand integrity
- Administer budgets, prepare leadership reports, and ensure compliance with quarterly IP disclosures

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
