Senior Paralegal- Real Estate
Location: Hybrid our of Manhattan- New York
Prominent NYC Real Estate Law Firm with over 25 years in business. They are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to work out of its downtown Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule.
Experience in NYC real estate as a residential paralegal professional is required.
Main Responsibilities:
Part of a team that will work on all aspects of residential purchase and sale transactions for cooperatives, condominiums, and multi-family properties from inception through closing.
- Preparation of Closing Statements
- Closing Statements
- Review of Title/Lien Searches
- Conduct Closings
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is between $90,000–$110,000(DOE), plus bonus. Solid benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K & profit sharing. Generous PTO and hybrid working environment. 3 days in/ 2 days from home
