Bachelor's degree preferred

2 Years of experience in various payroll operations (Time card review, pay code audit, PTO accrual settings, retroactive pay calculations for salary increases, etc.)

Advanced knowledge of Paycom highly preferred and its associated modules

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (V look-ups & Pivot Tables)

Knowledge of Payroll laws, confidentiality and compliance requirements

Excellent communication skills
