Role responsibilities include:
- Act as a Lead Business Architect for an Agile product team with Business Architects and User Experience Designers
- Collaborate with development teams to identify ideas and drive towards solutions
- Analyze the client needs and requirements to provide related insight
- Proactively accomplish Business Architect tasks
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
- Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
- Independently conduct discussion on Pega process, functionality, and structure
- Lead meetings to discuss and plan business process elaboration and configuration practices
- Coach junior team members, across all vendors on the team
- Execute Agile elaboration function and solution configuration activities
- Lead business process design activities including describing business expectations and objectives, defining synthetic data requirements, defining business user roles and responsibilities, and defining an approach to validating configured functionality
- Assist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing and training
Required Skills:
- Certified Pega Business Architect
- Ability to conceptualize process structures and Pega layers
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
- Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all levels (written and verbal)
- Excellent facilitation skills, including in a virtual setting
- Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Additional skills: Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator
Desired Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with the Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms
- Previous Client clearance and/or experience with Client ELM requirements documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
- Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
