I am working with a dynamic Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Personal Injury Attorney with 10+ years of experience. We are looking for a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their team, focusing on personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plaintiff personal injury law, trial experience, and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Personal Injury Attorney:

• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs’ strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties.
• Seeking fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and other damages.
• Take cases to trial where a negotiated settlment is not a good solution for the client.
• 10+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience.
• Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
