Our client, **a global engineering and construction company** , is seeking a **Pipeline Design Engineer** to join their team. As a **Pipeline Design Engineer** , you will be part of the **Engineering Department** supporting **the Project Team for the Hanford Vit Plant project** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **excellent communication skills** , and **the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Piping Design Engineer
**Location:** Richland, WA
**Pay Range:** $50 - $58 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform 3D modeling of piping and equipment in a 3D model environment.
+ Prepare 2D drawings/documents, including General Arrangements and piping isometric drawings.
+ Assist in coordinating 3D model activities and resolving interference issues.
+ Support planning, scheduling, and maintaining design standards to ensure quality.
+ Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and suppliers for model/space control.
**What's Needed?**
+ Significant hands-on experience using a 3D piping design platform.
+ Extensive knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or B31.3 codes.
+ AA/AS/Cert with 8-11 years of related design experience or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physicals, and background checks.
+ Eligibility to obtain a Department of Energy badge for site access.
