SENIOR PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Spherion

We are hiring for a Senior Plastic Injection Mold Maintenance Technician in Conroe, TX!

Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently
Preventative maintenance and repairs on plastic injection/molding machines & tools
Report, diagnose and repair machinery
Ability to take apart and put back together any and all machinery
Using specific tools for specific machinery
Reading & interpreting blueprints, drawings and schematics
Maintain all data entry & required logs for equipment
Set up equipment as needed
Assist in suggesting, implementing and planning ideas for job improvements
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Follow all safety guidelines and practices

Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Skills:
10+ years experience performing maintenance and repairs on plastic injection mold machines
10+ years reading various blueprints & drawings

Education:
High School

Experience:
10+ years

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently
Ability to document and communicate as needed
Ability to take apart, diagnose, repair and put machines back together
Reading blueprints & drawings
Ability to communicate with your team
Support the production department
Use appropriate tools to set up molds
