Description:
Immediate need for an experienced Senior Plumbing Designer Engineer with a minimum of eight years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit desired. Experience creating plans, schematics, and equipment selection. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the Plumbing/MEP design scope on a wide range of projects.
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in MEP Engineering specializing in Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
- Proven experience in creating plumbing and fire protection plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, shop drawings and specifications
- Perform building inspections of existing services when appropriate
- Familiar with building codes
- AutoCAD proficiency REQUIRED; Revit highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, self-starter, great communication skills
- Certifications including EIT, LEED, PMI or PMP a plus
- Some degree of Lead, Supervisory or Project Management experience a plus
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering desired
