Job Description
+ Overall 8+ Years of IT Experience Should have experience of Resource Management at least
+ 5 Years Experience in Bench Management Experience in hiring processes
+ Should be able to maintain resource skills and deployment process
+ Should have experience in generating reports for utilization billability grade pyramids etc.
+ Experience in planning organizing and tracking Digital Trainings Experience in creating management review reports.
+ Experience in Advance MS Excel Good Knowledge Microsoft Tools
+ Good Communication skills
+ Oral and written Self-starter and should be able to engage new joiners and existing employees at different levels Preferred people management / engagement skills
