Senior Principal Cloud Product Manager - Oracle

**Job Description** The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager to work across our Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (https://www.oracle.com/cloud/cloud-at-customer/dedicated-region/) (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy (https://www.oracle.com/cloud/alloy/) offerings to build an extensibility platform and enable our partners to extend the Alloy platform offerings for their end customers Your primary objective will be to define and deliver new software services built by the partner to be side-by-side with native OCI services as well as the incorporation of specialized hardware for scenarios that are not covered today within the hardware/software offerings. This should consider the commercial and technical requirements to ensure product alignment with the Go-To-Market strategy of these services and support within the Dedicated Cloud portfolio. The role will include managing key stakeholder relationships and interacting with the Service teams to verify the goals and objectives and documenting the requirements. This will require good communication and organizational skills to ensure we have the right prioritization. This requires both technical and product knowledge as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong experience with developing service offerings and/or software and hardware integration. Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
