Senior Process Piping/Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager - Gpac

gpac is thrilled to collaborate with a highly respected Heavy Civil/Mechanical Contractor specializing in Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Underground Water & Sewer Utilities Construction. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Process Piping/Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position: Senior Process Piping/Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager

Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for process piping and mechanical systems for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.
• Oversee all aspects of process piping disciplines for projects, including purchasing negotiation and coordination with field crews.

Experience, Skills, and Attributes Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in piping and mechanical estimating for industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment.
• In-depth knowledge of piping materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and Ductile Iron Pipe used in water and wastewater treatment applications.
• Strong personal character, integrity, and a high sense of urgency; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with AutoCAD and HCSS - Heavy Bid Estimating Software is preferred.
• Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
