HCA ITG Senior Product Analysts are innovative individuals who use creativity and stakeholder partnerships to deliver business value. They solicit business requirements and conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine if requested ITG solutions will meet business needs. They communicate across multiple channels including ITG and Business Operations, to define an initiative’s scope, schedule and budget with minimal supervision. ITG Senior Product Analysts have ownership of the initiation phase of the requested solutions, and they work with other ITG and Operations leaders to develop the defined results through deployment of the product, including turnover to the appropriate systems support and user support organizations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ITG Senior Product Analyst is the first point of contact to receive requests from Physician Services Operations leaders to develop new ITG solutions and improve existing ITG solutions.
• Single accountable party for defining the requirements of these ITG solutions, working with Physician Services Operations to plan and orchestrate the above solutions.
• Educate Operations stakeholders on documentation requirements to justify implementation of their requested initiatives.
• Point of contact for communications to keep ITG and Operations stakeholders informed of the progress and approval status of their requested initiatives.
• Usher requests through the Physician Services governance process, developing and distributing governance agendas and meeting invitations.
• Propose recommendations, adjustments and process improvements to achieve success implementing requested solutions.
• Partner with Physician Services Project Management Organization to see approved initiatives to completion.

CERTIFICATIONS

• Agile Project Management and Scrum certification preferred, but not required.

EDUCATION

• College Graduate Preferred
• Other: 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
