We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product/Systems Analyst to lead and coordinate organizational analysis efforts. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners to strategize and deliver product roadmaps, aiming to enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers through cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, driving prioritization, and implementing solutions within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product/Systems Analyst to lead and coordinate organizational analysis efforts. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners to strategize and deliver product roadmaps, aiming to enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers through cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, driving prioritization, and implementing solutions within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather and document business requirements that affect technology systems, working with technology partners to develop solutions.
- Write, communicate, and vet requirements and user stories with business leaders using various tools (use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.).
- Identify and manage stakeholders across functional areas to implement projects by understanding key stakeholders' authority and influence.
- Work effectively within Scrum or Kanban teams, including documenting acceptance criteria and participating in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain system and user documentation, including workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct testing and user training.
- Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for projects.
- Lead backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
- Assist the Product Owner in strategizing on how to best deliver the product roadmap.
- Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plans and tracking test results.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork mentality with experience mentoring junior analysts.
- Highly proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Data analysis experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables
