Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will embody a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things Identity & Access (I&A). Leading initiatives and projects with minimal supervision is a role you thrive in. You will be instrumental in representing I&A across the enterprise, mentoring junior product analysts, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of I&A governance processes that protect our company. Your strategic insight and analytical prowess will guide your team towards achieving excellence in I&A practices ensuring an agile, robust, and averse to risk environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex I&A projects, demonstrating a high level of independence and expertise.
- Mentor and support junior product analysts, sharing your knowledge and fostering their professional growth.
- Drive collaboration with project teams to masterfully apply I&A governance principles, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational standards.
- Elevate the refinement of I&A processes, proposing strategic improvements and leading their implementation.
- Serve as a pillar of knowledge for the team, imparting wisdom and navigating them through I&A best practices.
- Assist the Manager I&A Projects in formulating and realizing strategic I&A initiatives, managing intricate project components.
- Seek and capitalize on professional development opportunities to sharpen your I&A expertise, preparing for future leadership roles.
- Act as the go-to expert for inquiries related to I&A processes, steering individuals to the appropriate resources or experts.
- Ensure a synchronized flow of information between team members and departments to foster a unified understanding of I&A practices.
- Engage in continuous learning activities to deepen your knowledge of I&A concepts, applying this knowledge to improve team performance.
- Analyze and interpret complex data, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate I&A principles into broader organizational initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology or other applicable degree
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access or Information Technology job role
Additional requirements:
- Extensive experience as a I&A Product Analyst with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take on challenges
- Excellent critical-thinking skills
- Advanced understanding of IT security policies
- Expert level project management skills
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills by identifying process issues.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of IT principles.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects on time.
- High level of patience, empathy, courtesy, and listening skills required in dealing with customers and their problems or concerns.
- Ability to judge severity of problems and use discretion in obtaining services needed.
