As a Senior Product Associate, you will be a strong communicator and dedicated partner, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong problem-solving skill set. The ideal candidate is flexible, analytical, interested in process and risk management, and aims to establish a reputation as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders. This role will focus on alignment and compliance with Network strategy, leading and contributing to analysis, reporting, and strategic projects. The product operations team partners with the digital product development team, offering diverse responsibilities suited to someone interested in broad exposure to product operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product processes meet the rigorous expectations of our customers, firm, and regulators using a strong risk and controls mindset.
- Ensure compliance with Early Warning Services (EWS) network standards and regulations, adhering to all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Lead claims-related projects and strategic initiatives, partnering with operational teams such as Claims Management and Customer Support.
- Lead initiatives around product forecasting and growth analysis, including monitoring performance data and user engagement.
- Perform competitive market analysis, report findings, and maintain a library of features.
- Run cross-functional working group meetings, acting as facilitator and scribe.
- Contribute to analysis related to audit and regulatory inquiries.
- Contribute to risk management and compliance oversight by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational risks related to Zelle's products and services at Chase.
- Engage with partner teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure superior product delivery.
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects in support of Zelle's growth, innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term success. Coordinate project management, stakeholder awareness, reporting, and deliver on key milestones.
- Work independently to manage your day-to-day workload, communicate progress, proactively escalate and address any blockers, and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, risk, audit, finance, or business operations.
- Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business needs.
- Ability to influence peers and effectively articulate to management.
- Self-starter with an analytical mindset and ability to solve problems, address blockers, and suggest improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of payments and digital banking trends.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies is a plus.
