Senior Product Delivery Manager - HiLabs

Job summary: We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are looking for Product Delivery Managers (PDMs) with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive Customer Success with our products. You will get an excellent opportunity to work with customers from the most senior levels to the ground operators. You will be working cross-functionally across both the HiLabs internal team and the customer team to ensure our products are creating value for our customers. The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for managing day to day customer interactions as well as reporting to senior level stakeholders on customer success across key KPIs.  The Product Delivery Manager will also work closely with both our Product Management Teams and our Growth Strategy Teams to identify new, high value features for existing products and potential new product ideas. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong presentation and communication skills as well as provider data domain knowledge (or healthcare/health plan knowledge), SQL/data analysis skills, Automation testing skills, and general technology experience or knowledge..

Responsibilities:

• Drive the customer and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time with high quality
• Work with the customer at both senior and junior levels to drive product adoption and value creation that fits the customers unique goals and business processes  
• Collaborate closely with product and sales team to:
• Identify potential, high value product features that would delight current or new customers
• Share knowledge and relationships across customer team to help sales teams drive additional growth
• Potentially execute Proofs of Concepts with current customers on new, high value features or products

Desired Profile: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting to audiences of various levels
• Critical thinking skills and strong data analysis experience or skill
• Must have 3+years of experience as business analyst, product owner, or product manager role in US Healthcare setting.
• Additional prior experience as a software developer, data engineer, or analyst will be a plus. 
• Capable to meet the pace of rapidly growing company size and business targets through prioritization and radical thinking.
• Being Data Driven, Clear/Aware about why things are being done,
• Ability to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
• Ability to clearly articulate the solutions and get there in most efficient way.
• Collaborative attitude toward both internal teams and customers
