Deliverables
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, large-scale projects, ensuring seamless user experiences across both B2C and B2B platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Create high-quality, user-centric designs using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback and data.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in your designs.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a significant focus on large-scale B2C and B2B projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing user-friendly and impactful products.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and advocate for design solutions.
