We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.Reporting to the Head of Design, the Senior Product Designer will own the creation of thoughtful user experiences that empower the next generation of AI developers to build smarter, faster, and more reliable software.The Senior Product Designer will partner closely with PM’s and engineers to build the best toolkit for tracking and evaluating LLM applications.Responsibilities: Have a large impact on building the foundations of an outstanding design team and culture.Become a relentless advocate for delivering experiences that our users love.Lead the design of workflows that simplify complex actions into intuitive interfaces.Create strong cross-functional partnerships with Product and Engineering to develop strategy, facilitate design discussions, and ensure our implementation and user experience are of high quality.Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to inform and improve our design processes.Interview new team members and advise on our design hiring process.Lead by example - do great work and help others learn how you do it.Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a versatile Designer who can own all facets of design (User research, UX, prototyping, and UI design).An excellent portfolio, showcasing user-focused problems solved via interaction and visual design and ideation.Experience building and a solid understanding of developing AI applications that leverage Large Language Models.Strong working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.Passion not only for producing strong designs but also for the outcomes they have once shipped.Solid understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that scale.Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and solve problems for technical users.Strong Plus: Experience in Data Visualization.Proficiency in web-based technologies such as HTML and CSS and with design frameworks, like Material-UI.Familiarity with coding languages such as Javascript, Typescript or Python
