About the Job
- Asset tracking (e.g., helping associates locate equipment like ladders and forklifts)
- Device tracking for in-store hardware
- Customer assistance for locked-up products
- Capability to track the on/off status of PinPads
- Most existing scanners are 7 to 10 years old; A major research effort is underway
- Plans for a significant proof of concept (POC) next year, with a project budget of $40 to $50 million
- Transitioning from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Requirements:
- Senior Product Manager with a solid foundation of Product fundamentals, experience working cross functionally with multiple stake holders, experience developing a roadmap, experience managing/grooming/prioritizing a backlog, writing user stories and conducting research

- Core Product Management Skills: Strong foundation in product management principles
- Experience with Devices/Hardware: Prior experience working with hardware and understanding product fundamentals
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and navigate a new domain alongside the hiring manager
- Local Presence: Required to visit stores in the Cumberland, West Cobb, Kennesaw, or Canton areas at least once a week (usually Wednesdays or Thursdays).
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with normal Agile ceremonies (two-week sprints) and tools like Jira or Jira Align (training available if needed)
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering and UX teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
