We are the Enterprise and Security team at Microsoft, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Enterprise and Security, who can define and deliver security solutions for protecting critical cryptographic keys in Azure and on the Edge. Cryptographic keys and certificates are the foundation of the identity solutions used internally and by our customers. Securing these secrets is a critical priority for our customers in a world awash in digital threats, regulatory scrutiny, and estate complexity. The Enterprise and Security team helps build the platforms used to run Azure and Edge infrastructure and plays an important role in providing technologies to ensure these platforms and the identities and secrets used on them are secure.
As a Senior Product Manager - Enterprise and Security, you will understand internal and external customers key hardening needs and challenges, identify innovative product features, and drive product vision and strategy. You will collaborate with a diverse set of engineering teams and partner teams to design, implement, and ship new features that support Azure and customer infrastructure and workloads.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program
management or software development- OR equivalent experience
Other Requirments
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program
management or software development- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience shipping large scale software.
- 7+ years of experience of working though the full product cycle from initial design to final product
- 5+ years experince ability to influence and drive strategies across a large organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute research & development strategies that support product development objectives.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Create clarity on the product vision and roadmap for cryptographic key security in Windows and Azure. Engage with customers and partners to deeply understand customers’ needs and identify key product innovations.
- Collaborate closely with Azure, M365, and other security teams across Microsoft to enable and deploy key hardening technologies.
- Drive cross-team and cross-group initiatives and programs in collaboration with partner stakeholders and end-to-end ownership of feature delivery.
- Define key success metrics and craft data-focused tracking of solution health and adoption.
- Drive product adoption and customer retention through effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging, product measurement and monitoring, and feedback.
- Present plans and building consensus with technical leaders
