As a Senior Product Manager, you will help define and drive the roadmap for the team, build close relationships with internal users to understand product and process gaps and challenges, and enable everyone at the company to learn quickly through experiments.This is a full-time position reporting to the Product Lead, Experimentation
In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States
Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office Hub or in the San Francisco Bay Area may be the first to be considered

Our customers are other Etsy product managers, engineers, analysts, designers, and other staff members across the company
We’re a remote-friendly team, with members in the US, Canada, and Mexico.What does the day-to-day look like?Capture feedback and requests from customers and prioritizing each through consistent, data-driven decision-making to improve the platform and ensure the team is focused on the most relevant and impactful itemsDefine, tracking, and communicating objectives and key results and other measures to track impact and ensure alignment with company and organizational objectivesBuild an exciting product roadmap that drives a continuous delivery of value and incrementally builds towards a long-term visionDocument detailed product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design to ensure excellent product outcomes that delight our customersPartner with the design team to conduct discovery and researchLeverage data to derive relevant insights and understand usage of the platformCollaborate with other leaders on the Experimentation team to ensure healthy team operations and dynamics that promote growth, collaboration, accountability, impact, and equality.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovationOf course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require!
