Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing Marketing and product roadmap strategies for the Graham Professional business. In this role, this person will develop and coach the marketing team in order to possess a superior understanding of the market, accurately assess the competitive landscape, and anticipate customer needs to be a key contributor to the development and execution of our short and long term goals. This role will also provide bench strength to be a funnel for future leadership roles.

Objectives:
Strategic Planning and Focus
- Develop and execute product roadmap portfolio e strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence, targeted innovation and rationalize offering
- Lead identification of market trends, challenges, and potential customers that would be used in mid/long-term strategic planning
- Develop price strategies with the sales department to increase profitability and market share while balancing market conditions
Inspiring Excellence
- Provide coaching and mentoring for the marketing team
- Support marketing team and create cohesive partnership with sales and operations to alignment of growth initiatives
Business Acumen
- Full command of business P&L and the levers that influence financial improvement
- Ability to connect and communicate business initiatives to financial and organizational impact
- Ability to make decisions with limited information or determine when there is enough information to move forward
Leading Change
- Align marketing team with company change initiatives and be an advocate for the benefits of the change
Key Results:
- Achievement of desired outcomes for business initiatives and goals
- A well-considered 2-3 year strategic plan with buy-in across functions and businesses
- Develop a strong team of marketing associates who are known for making decisions and driving action with data-driven market intelligence, critical problem-solving ability and strategic thought leadership

Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- 5 or more years of progressive leadership in an industrial marketing environment with a focus on business to business
- Experience in manufacturing or converting is preferred
- MBA is a plus

Physical Requirements:
The ability to work in a normal manufacturing environment to include sitting, standing, or walking for long periods of time; climbing stairs; operating various standard office equipment; carrying paper documents/files; reaching; bending; twisting; crawling; speaking on the telephone, etc. Some travel may be required. This position is designed to operate on-site.
The ability to wear required personal protection gear (i.e., hearing, eye and foot protection as well as other personal protective equipment such as gloves and aprons, etc.); tolerating loud noise (maximum of 95 dB); tolerating extreme heat, cold and dusty environment.
