Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer your product is meant to serve – know their needs, both spoken and unspoken.
- Demonstrate extreme ownership by digging deep into the details of your products to craft delightful experiences.
- Keep products in your portfolio operating at peak performance by monitoring KPIs and releasing improvements.
- Innovate on your products to improve user experience and drive down costs.
- Develop and rally your team members around a shared vision and product strategy.
- Build, compose, and socialize product roadmaps that are aligned with our corporate strategy.
- Own the product lifecycle.
- Present regularly to stakeholders in upper management.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure product opportunities are valuable to customers, viable for the business, easy to use, and technically feasible.
- Write clear and concise product documents to get buy-in and receive investment to build.
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple departments within the company at various levels from PM to Executive level.
- Identify opportunities for customer testing and drive execution while measuring and reporting results.
- Partner with the Marketing team to prepare business cases, operations, sales, supply chain, and support product channels for launch.
- Pursue product and industry knowledge, identify trends and opportunities, and become a subject matter expert on designated products.

- Capable of creating a plan out of an ambiguous problem.
Required Education/Experience
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Hardware experience
- Relevant work experience with defining and delivering consumer products and/or services.
- Ability to learn quickly.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
