Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of product management experience.
- 8 years of experience in application development, management and operations on distributed cloud environments.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in the Developer Operations (DevOps) space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience in product life cycle management, developing customer user journey maps, aligning to specific requirements for development, and working with technical resources to deliver expected outcomes for products and solutions.
- Experience building cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale.
- Experience working with API management or SaaS development in large enterprises or startups.
- Understanding of application, data, networking, and security use-cases, open interfaces in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our Application programming interface (API) experience. Define key success metrics and leverage analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Define customer user journeys across First Party (1P) and Third Party (3P) service producers.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand the needs and issues.
- Gather product requirements to define the data models for 1P and 3P service producers. Lead prioritized execution by collaborating with engineering and other cross-function partner teams.
- Be the customer and subject-matter-expert accountable for the success of the early customer and design partner engagements.
