Senior Product Manager - Parks Supply Chain
Location: Orlando, FL (7012 Grand National Drive Orlando FL 32819)
Contract: 6 months, potential for extension
Schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site
Status: GC/USC

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of food and beverage supply chain technologies
- Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and document requirements for new product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support new feature launches
- Facilitate continuous improvement of technologies
- Gain deep understanding of current systems and configurations
- Champion documentation framework for technology and processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, 2+ years with technology initiatives & strategy
- Deep supply chain experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and achieve results through partnerships
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive ideas into action
- Experience working with bi-coastal and/or international teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Food and Beverage Supply Chain ERPs (e.g., Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, CBORD)
- Experience with demand/supply forecasting using AI/Client (e.g., Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment)
- Experience implementing Supply Chain Services / Integration Platforms
Project Details
- Project Name: Project Roast
- Current Status: Approximately 1/3 through implementation
- Phases:
1. Rollout at Disneyland (Completed)
2. Rollout at Walt Disney World (Beginning in the next month)
3. Rollout at Aulani and interaction with cruise lines
4. Future phase focusing on forecasting and replenishment
Interview Process
1. Interview with Hiring Manager
2. Interview with team members from various disciplines (data squad, integration squad)
3. Final interview with Sr. HM
3, 30 min interviews total
Additional Notes
- Food and beverage experience is a plus, but general supply chain experience is acceptable
- Engineering background (especially industrial engineering) is beneficial but not required
- Some SQL knowledge is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory
- The role is not inherently technical
- Work schedule is primarily 4 days in-office, with flexibility during launch periods or for on-site work at parks
