We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding team at Arbital Health. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to build the Arbital Platform. The ideal candidate has experience building products and features for healthcare technology SaaS platforms, utilizing agile tools like Jira, understanding product management lifecycle and has knowledge in value-based care or outcomes experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will serve as the product champion, responsible for driving the development and success of the Arbital Platform.
What you'll do:
- Own platform feature roadmaps end-to-end from ideation through launch.
- Synthesize customer/market insights to inform product strategy and value proposition for the market.
- Engage with existing and future customers in an advisory capacity to gather feedback and insights on product performance and areas for improvement.
- Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Oversee the creation of product requirements, Jira epics, Jira user stories, sprint progress, and acceptance criteria to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Monitor project status and address any issues or roadblocks that arise.
- Ensure the Arbital Platform meets the highest quality standards prior to product/feature release.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute test plans, identify bugs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Actuarial Science team to gather requirements and turn them into critical features and functions, building strong stories to share with our customers.
- Support and author summaries of the key changes in product releases, including new features, major improvements, and critical bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in building healthcare products or analytics, preferably with SaaS platforms and value-based care solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
- Strong experience with product management lifecycle.
- Experience working in Jira for product development and release management.
- Strategic thinking with a goal-oriented and resourceful mindset.
- Flexible nature and ability to change, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and influence skills, including executive-level presentations.
