Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerAs a Product Manager focused on SAAS Platform and device lifecycle management, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, gather feedback from customers and partners, and guide building features that simplify the licensing, activation and onboarding flows of firewall products & services through the SAAS Platform offering
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, user experience, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that solve customer problems and meet market demands.Your ImpactDevelop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy for simplifying the onboarding flows for cloud security and firewall products - Define short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives and market trendsUnderstand customer problems and use cases intimately - Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements - Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development effortsOwn the vision, roadmap and requirements for your features - Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and initiatives on unification of the licensing, activation and the onboarding process - Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business prioritiesCollaborate with UX, engineering and other product team members to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems with a differentiated, automated and optimized approachWork closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans - Provide clear direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality featuresEngage with the product marketing team and help them develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teamsInteract with customers, partners and sales engineering teams in different forums to gather feedback and evangelize the product - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prioritize initiatives to address customer pain pointsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of visibility and monitoring features - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvementConduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings - Use insights gathered to inform product development priorities and strategiesCollaborate with technical marketing, sales engineering and technical support teams to enable sales and train the field teams, gather feedback during betas and help with escalationsQualificationsYour Experience BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience requiredStrong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle5+ years in product management experienceMust have experience in one or more areas - Networking, Network Management, Network Security, Next Generation FirewallsHands-on experience in managing devices from onboarding to decommissioning and prior experience in building SaaS products, driving IT operational efficiency is a plusStrong and proven (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills in leading and contributing to cross-functional teamsExperience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverablesProven analytical and problem-solving skills required with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategiesExperience in making data based product decisions Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsAdditional InformationThe TeamTo stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing

As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location
For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144,000 - $233,000/YR
The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus
